The Pastoral Center in Santa Maria Silva, in Brescia, is a place I like. There I found the same joy in my school multicolored border: a place created to cast a new Italy.
Four afternoons a week will keep "FuoriClasse" a project created as part of an educational, supported by the city of Brescia, Brescia and involves several speakers called SPACEBOOK.
Dozens of children and adolescents found a place to study or do homework with the assistance and guidance of fifteen volunteers, even very young, who take turns. Three classrooms overflowing with constructive confusion: opening doors, joy and a great desire to be together. I do not know how many peoples and religions represented.

When I started this adventure filled my heart with joy in welcoming two jewels of Muslim women of faith. It was then to explain what was oratorio, dissi che era la casa dei fratelli e delle sorelle. Ma non è questo il prodigio di integrazione, rispetto e collaborazione che voglio raccontare.
È accaduto un fatto nuovo. Due sponde si sono toccate perché donne coraggiose hanno steso la mano.

Oggi sono arrivate due ragazze col velo.
Non come utenti, sarebbe un fatto banale.
Sono venute per portare aiuto come volontarie!
Si sono unite nel segno del medesimo amore e con l’identica volontà di dono.
Siamo dalla stessa parte per davvero, finalmente! Senza distinzione di credo per aiutare chi è in need.
These girls did not come as individuals but participate in the educational project of the Muslim community as an expression of Brescia.
They said, "told what we heard and saw" ... and their eyes sparkled and her lips were smiling.
Now I know that the stones used to build walls can not forever endure patiently dismantle those returning to build bridges.
